The idea of WELLNESS has evolved and changed over time but the one constant has been a holistic approach to health. It is much more than just eating healthy and regular exercise, I think wellness also includes care of your living spaces, balance in work, nurturing of family and/or friends and a spiritual awareness. My own personal road to wellness constantly leads me back to one thing: slowing down…inhaling and exhaling deeper and slower, sitting with friends and family longer and enjoying their company, not forcing ideas and letting them unravel organically, putting down work and adventuring out for inspiration, taking time to make a home cooked meal…
